"My husband and I recently purchased a new home with the help of Katy as our broker. We had several challenges before us as we wanted to relocate so we would be closer to work. "I needed a house in one month. My research was limited to the price range and location. Luckily my call was picked up by Rishi. He was very straightforward and gave me the facts as is, which is the way I want things to be. He did a lot of research, looked into historical data etc, pretty much did the research I was supposed to do!!. He is a very nice person to work with and worked very hard to get things done for me in a timely manner. My work schedules are very tight but Rishi worked around it with ease and showed me all the houses that were in my price range. He also took care of all the paperwork and always went the extra mile to tie loose ends. He even agreed to come to my house in the night (at 10PM) once to get things signed and ready, just before we made an offer!! Once we actually came to the part where we were ready to make an offer Katy helped us out in the negotiation process. Rishi scheduled all the necessary inspections and other necessary formalities without me needing to do anything. Everything was smooth sailing with the whole thing ending in an nice closing. Rishi answered all my questions and helped me out even after I moved in..on a weekend!! All in all I was really impressed with kind of work done by Rishi and Katy and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good house with no hassles."
